Christmas Yoga Workshop

Service Description

Christmas is a time of joy, silliness and fun! It is a time to spend with the family in a cozy location and have lots of snuggles. Parent and Child Yoga has all of these things. We will dance through a special Christmas Yoga Flow, meditate with our hot chocolate and rest with our loved ones. During our special Christmas Yoga practice we have a bonus! We get to make a Christmas Tree Ornament for your tree! I am so excited to share this practice with you at Ananda. See you there!
