TEEN VINYASA

Yoga for 12 to 18 year olds

A slow vinyasa flow taken at a pace that is appropriate for the growing body and mind. In teen yoga we look at yoga philosophy in a little more detail and discuss ways to incorporate this into our yoga practice and our lives.

TWEEN YOGA

Yoga for 10 to 15 year olds

Combining Vinyasa Yoga with Kidding Around Yoga, this class is designed to approach Yoga in a way that speaks to young teens encouraging their fun expressive minds while exploring the mindful aspects of the yoga practice.
