KEY KIDS CLUB
4 to 8 years
KEY Kids use music, games, books as well as yoga practices to explore their inner world.
KEY Kids will learn ways to notice their emotions, by noticing the niggles and wiggles in their bodies, breath and mind.
They will explore language they can use to talk about emotions.
They will practice actions they can take when we are experiencing feelings.
In 4 week programs KEY Kids explore a topic that is relevant to their lives and experiences. It provides space to talk about these topics, and listen to others experiences. KEY Kids will create their own community, build friendships and learn they are not alone.
6 to 12 years
Children are physical, they are silly, they love to laugh and they love to learn. In our after school Kids Yoga class children learn meditation, mindful movement and breathing techniques in a program specifically designed for them. Our teacher has worked with children for over 18 years and has a deep understanding of the world they occupy and how yoga can support their experience.

MINI KIDS YOGA
3 to 8 years
Using toys, music, art and imagination Mini Kids Yoga encourages children to explore their internal and external environments. Children will learn traditional yoga poses, mindful movement, meditation and mindful breathing in a way that sparks their creativity and sense of wonder.
Kidding Around Yoga is Yoga for Kids!
Toddlers and their Adults
Birth to 4 years old
Using play, music, stories, toys and imagination Family Yoga is designed to motivate children to be active, build confidence, and manage the spectrum of emotions that they experience in their day. Along with their adults, children from birth to school age will learn to move mindfully, meditate and breath using traditional yoga methods and lots of silly fun.
