Service Description
You are welcome to join our in person Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) practice for adults. During Trauma Sensitive yoga we practice movement, typically yoga forms, while exploring choice making, noticing sensations in our bodies and making choices related to the sensations that may arise. No previous yoga experience is necessary for this practice. Trauma sensitive yoga is designed for the participants who attend with all accessibility requirements taken into account. Limited to 10 participants. Duration: 1 hour movement practice. What to bring: Water, comfortable clothing and if you have a personal mat you are welcome to bring it. There are also mats in the studio. You are welcome to register online via online booking or contact me through the Let's Chat button for more information. Once you register we can create a moment to chat before the practice so I can answer any questions.
