About the event
Halloween is a great time to get warm, hang out with friends, grab your best costume and howl at the moon.....
Well probably not howl the whole time, but its definitely a fun way to get our breath and voices working.
In this 90 minute Kids Yoga Retreat we will explore yoga moves and meditations in the theme of Halloween.
We will learn THE Pumpkin Flow and create a Halloween Yoga Craft.
Parents are welcome to drop their kids off or stay at Casa Col for some Mulled Wine and Socialising.
