Service Description
You are welcome to join our in person Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) practice for adults on Monday mornings at 11am. During Trauma Sensitive yoga we practice movement, typically yoga forms, while exploring choice making, noticing sensations in our bodies and making choices related to the sensations that may arise. No previous yoga experience is necessary for this practice. Trauma sensitive yoga is designed for the participants who attend with all accessibility requirements taken into account. Limited to 5 participants. Duration: 1 hour movement practice. Time: 11am to 12noon What to bring: Water, comfortable clothing and if you have a personal mat you are welcome to bring it.
