Service Description
Yoga is not just a practice for adults, but also a fabulous way to spend time with our kids. Parent and child yoga is designed for you and your kids to explore movement, mindfulness and meditation together. This is not your typical yoga class. We explore mindfulness by playing games and using toys. We explore movement with songs and stories and we do meditation as a group using our voices and our bodies. Parent and child yoga is open to all ages, from the very small to the very tall, everyone is welcome, even if you are totally new to yoga. The class will be in English with meditation and mindfulness practice in Dutch and English. What to bring? Comfortable clothes and a desire to explore. Parent and child yoga is great because it has something for everyone, from the very quiet, to the super silly, to those who love to dance and sing and those who love to rest. Join us for a fun filled yoga practice!
