A blend of flow, Somatic and Restorative Yoga and Rest in Yoga Nidra 75 minute practice
Service Description
The balance of rest, play and work is important to our lives as people. You are welcome to join a weekly practice exploring rest. The practice is a gentle evening flow based on grounding, somatic yoga and restorative forms. We flow to a resting form where we will practice Nidra. Yoga Nidra is also known as guided rest. This class is designed for participants to explore their breath, gentle movement, flexibility and rest. With the use of props and blankets participants will be guided through a gentle warming flow, restorative yoga forms before spending 30minutes in a guided rest practice. No previous yoga experience needed. All practices are created for the participants to register for the practice. The practice can take place in a chair or on the mat. What to bring: comfortable warm clothing, warm socks, a mat if you have one (there are mats in the yoga space), eye mask and a blanket if this is useful to you. 6 week practice January 23ed to February 27th 2025 Click the 'Let's Chat' button to register or to find our more information or book online. 5 class pass can also be used if the course is not full.
